Recently, Vstrong Intelligent successfully signed a contract with HOA SEN GROUP (HOSE: HSG), a leading listed enterprise in Vietnam, for its Binh Duong Automated Logistics Center project. The project will comprehensively serve the supply chain operational upgrade of Hoa Sen Home, the group's core wholly-owned subsidiary. This landmark cooperation represents not only a key milestone in Vstrong Intelligent's overseas business expansion and high-quality growth, but also a pivotal project that leverages the company's core pallet four-way shuttle technology to deepen its presence in the Vietnamese market and drive intelligent transformation in the building materials and home furnishing sector across Southeast Asia.
As a benchmark listed enterprise in Vietnam, HOA SEN GROUP was established in 2001 and officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange in 2008. With over two decades of deep cultivation, it has grown into Vietnam's largest galvanized steel sheet manufacturer and a leading steel and building materials exporter in Southeast Asia, firmly holding a dominant position in the industry. The group's business covers the entire industrial chain, including steel R&D and production, building materials trading, home furnishing retail, and import-export operations, with products exported to 87 countries and regions worldwide. Leveraging superior product quality and a well-established channel network, the group commands a 29% domestic market share and a 30% export share in Vietnam's steel market, placing it firmly in the first tier of Southeast Asia's building materials industry.

Hoa Sen Home—as the group's core strategic arm for expanding into the domestic retail market—is Vietnam's first and only leading brand to pioneer a "one-stop" building materials and home furnishing supermarket model. Since its inception, Hoa Sen Home has rapidly expanded its market footprint, now operating over 131 large-format self-owned home furnishing supermarkets and 269 offline distribution outlets, forming a nationwide omnichannel retail network that offers a full range of products and services spanning renovation materials, whole-home furnishings, and auxiliary consumables. As business volume continues to surge and offline channels keep expanding, the limitations of Hoa Sen Home's traditional warehousing model have become increasingly evident—including insufficient space utilization, low manual operating efficiency, opaque inventory data, and complex multi-category scheduling—all of which have gradually constrained supply chain throughput and end-user service experience. The construction of a highly flexible, high-density, digitalized modern logistics center has thus become a critical imperative for the company's high-quality development.
The Binh Duong Automated Warehouse Logistics Center project is precisely the core supply chain upgrade initiative tailored by HOA SEN GROUP for Hoa Sen Home. Following multiple rounds of solution evaluation, benchmarking of relevant case studies, and technical service assessments, Vstrong Intelligent stood out and secured the project with its proven track record in overseas project delivery, leading pallet-dense storage core technologies, and integrated end-to-end solution capabilities. This cooperation fully demonstrates the market's high recognition of Vstrong Intelligent's technical strength, product reliability, and global service capabilities.
The project focuses on four core requirements: high-density storage, high-flexibility scheduling, full-process automation, and digitalized control. At its core is Vstrong Intelligent's self-developed pallet 4D-shuttle intelligent storage system, integrated with a full suite of automated and digitalized auxiliary equipment, to build a smart warehousing system tailored to the high-volume, multi-category, and bulk storage and flow requirements of building materials and home furnishing products. The project's hardware deployment scale is substantial: across two phases, it will deploy over 50 pallet four-way shuttles (1.5 tons/pallet) and more than 40 AGV robots, with a planned total of over 20,000 pallet storage positions. This significantly increases warehouse capacity and storage density, achieving a more than threefold improvement in space utilization compared to traditional floor storage, thereby completely resolving Hoa Sen Home's critical warehouse capacity constraints.

At the core system operational level, Vstrong Intelligent's Pallet 4D-shuttle system offers key advantages including four-way traversal, flexible direction change, three-dimensional shuttling, and dynamic scheduling. Without the constraints of fixed guide rails, the system enables site-wide adaptive scheduling based on inbound, storage, picking, and outbound operational demands. Multi-device cluster coordination supports uninterrupted 24/7 high-efficiency operation and features strong fault tolerance—a single equipment failure does not affect overall system operation, ensuring stable and efficient warehouse operations throughout. Additionally, the system supports modular and elastic expansion to accommodate Hoa Sen Home's future store network growth, business volume increases, and category upgrades, preserving ample headroom for long-term intelligent evolution.
To achieve fully unmanned and refined operations across the entire warehousing chain, the project simultaneously integrates three major supporting systems: a power-assist arm picking system, a high-speed stretch-wrapping system, and a digital twin management and control system—closing the loop on the entire warehousing workflow. Among these, the power-assist arm picking system is precisely tailored to heavy-load product picking scenarios in building materials and home furnishings, reducing manual labor intensity while improving picking accuracy and efficiency. The digital twin system enables visual management and control over the entire logistics center's storage zones, equipment, inventory, and operational workflows, providing real-time monitoring of equipment status, dynamic inventory data updates, and intelligent risk alerting—fundamentally shifting warehouse operations from "manual experience-based control" to "data-driven intelligent decision-making," dramatically elevating the level of refined and digitalized warehouse management.
With the integrated intelligent solution, the project will fundamentally restructure Hoa Sen Home's warehousing operations upon completion, enabling fully automated workflows covering inbound receipt, dense storage, intelligent picking, automated stretch-wrapping, smart transport, rapid outbound dispatch, and inventory counting. This will effectively reduce labor costs and operational errors, significantly improve inventory turnover and accuracy, and fully support efficient store replenishment and last-mile delivery for its nationwide retail network, further cementing Hoa Sen Home's leading position in Vietnam's building materials and home furnishing retail sector.
As a backbone enterprise in intelligent logistics system integration industry, Vstrong Intelligent has for years been deeply committed to R&D in smart warehousing core technologies and scenario-based solution delivery, with a strategic focus on pallet-dense storage, flexible intelligent material handling, and digitalized warehouse control. The company has accumulated extensive experience in implementing complex scenario-based projects. In its global expansion, Vstrong Intelligent has consistently adhered to a tripartite internationalization strategy—"technology going global, solutions going global, and services going global"—moving beyond mere equipment export to provide overseas clients with customized, full-cycle, one-stop intelligent logistics total solutions and localized delivery services.

Vietnam, as a core growth engine for manufacturing and commercial retail in Southeast Asia, continues to see surging demand for logistics intelligence upgrades and represents a key priority market in Vstrong Intelligent's overseas strategy. This deep collaboration with Vietnam's industry leader HOA SEN GROUP marks a significant achievement in Vstrong Intelligent's sustained commitment to the Vietnamese market and its efforts to empower local industrial transformation, while also serving as compelling evidence of the company's steady and robust overseas business growth.
To date, Vstrong Intelligent's overseas business portfolio has continued to expand, with multiple benchmark intelligent logistics projects successfully delivered across Southeast Asia. The company has earned broad recognition from leading enterprises across various industries in the region, thanks to its reliable product performance, locally-tailored solutions, and efficient delivery and service capabilities. Looking ahead, Vstrong Intelligent will continue to intensify its globalization strategy, deepen its foothold in core Southeast Asian markets, and further refine its core products—particularly the Pallet 4D Shuttle System—along with integrated intelligent logistics solutions, with a continued focus on meeting the warehousing intelligence, digitalization, and flexibility upgrade needs of diverse industries.
